Three human dramas set within 100 Streets in South London's Battersea. Franz Drameh is outstanding as Kingsley, a drug dealer recently out of prison who is inspired to reform after a chance encounter in a graveyard. Idris Elba also reaches his full The Wire-quality potential as Max, finally thrown out by his long-suffering wife Emily (Gemma Arterton) for his serial womanising. And George (Charlie Creed-Miles) and his wife Kathy (Kierston Wareing) are seeking to adopt a child. This film boasts some incredible acting performances and intriguing character studies, portraying three very different people entwined by their hard-won hope for the future in the heart of London.
